How Referrals Work
The ZU Trader Affiliate Program is built directly into our core architecture to ensure accurate tracking and transparent payouts.
Generate custom vanity URLs or standard referral links from your dashboard and share them with your audience.
When a user visits via your link, our system tracks their session based on the configured attribution window (default 30 days).
Earn commissions on eligible products. Rates are configured per-product by the seller.
Commission & Payout Overview
- Eligibility: Commissions are generated when a referred user successfully purchases an affiliate-enabled product.
- Hold Period: To protect against fraud and chargebacks, commissions are subject to a standard hold period (default 7 days) before becoming available for withdrawal.
- Minimum Payout: You can request a payout or transfer funds to your wallet once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold of $10.
- Refunds: If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the associated pending commission is reversed automatically.
Program Rules & Restrictions
To maintain a high-quality environment and comply with our Terms & Conditions, affiliates must adhere strictly to the following rules:
- No Misleading Financial Claims: You must not guarantee trading profits, promise specific returns, or misrepresent the risk involved in algorithmic trading.
- Trading Risk Disclaimer: Your promotional content must acknowledge that trading involves risk and that software does not prevent loss.
- No Fake Testimonials: Do not invent reviews, fake live performance data, or mislead users regarding the capabilities of our products.
- No Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to receive a discount on personal purchases. Our system actively monitors for self-referral abuse.
- No Spam or Brand Impersonation: You may not send unsolicited spam emails or bid on restricted brand search terms if explicitly forbidden by active campaigns.
Violation of these rules will result in account suspension or commission adjustment where appropriate.
