Access to digital files and licenses may require manual payment verification (especially for crypto transactions) and submission of a valid Device ID / MT5 Account Number.

Each purchase creates an order-specific license governed by the duration (e.g., Lifetime) and device limitations stated at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable subject to our standard licensing policies.

Due to the nature of digital goods and source files, refunds or chargebacks are subject to administrative review based on delivery logs, activation status, and existing product policies. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license restriction and account review.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the software. Misuse or attempts to bypass our licensing architecture may result in account suspension.

Partners must ensure all product descriptions, features, and performance claims are entirely truthful and accurate. Misleading marketing or guaranteed-profit claims are prohibited.

Partners confirm they own the intellectual property rights to the products they list.

While ZU Trader handles sales and primary licensing architecture, Partners are responsible for providing software updates and addressing technical customer inquiries regarding their specific products.

Revenue shares (rates are determined by the applicable Partner arrangement) are processed upon reaching the minimum payout threshold and completing any necessary fraud-prevention hold periods.

ZU Trader reserves the right to suspend or remove Partner products for policy violations, excessive refunds, or failure to support customers.

Affiliates must not make fake testimonials, exaggerated financial claims, or guarantee trading returns.

Commissions are generated solely on completed, verified sales attributed via our tracking architecture. Commissions are subject to hold periods and may be reversed if the underlying order is refunded or charged back.

Spam, unauthorized brand impersonation, fraudulent referrals, and self-referrals (using your own link to get a discount) are prohibited and may result in commission adjustment or account termination.
